We could not call ourselves a consulting company if we were not providing you with advice.

One client, working for a large multi-national company, described the difference between our approach and that of traditional consultants as follows: "when I hire a big consulting firm, I sort of know what the end product will be -- I've seen enough of their templates to deliver their advice. With Human 1.0, I had no idea where you guys were going. And it made me nervous at times. But in the end I know that I got something that was 100% tailored to my needs, not some sort of existing solution template that was tweaked to my specific environment."

There is actually a follow up to that statement. We implemented an innovation change management program within his company. The program got so much traction and energy that the CEO of the company called us in to explain what exactly we had done to his company.
