How we work?

Our approach to projects is fairly straightforward. We use tools commonly found in cultural antropology, such as participant observation, and ethnographic interviews, to document the employee and consumer cultures that we have to deal with. Using our cultural model, which we developed over years of consulting and research, we can then make recommendations on how to best proceed with your initiative.

Our cultural model also allows us to benchmark your cultural attributes against that of your competitors, or benechmark your own progress over time. Our recommendations and advise have always had significant and measurable impact. And while we have typically been working with CMOs or CIOs, we have often been called to the office of the CEO to explain what we did.
